Return Policy

As a consumer, you have the legal right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The statutory cancellation period begins on the day on which you (or a third party named by you who is not the carrier) take possession of the goods. If you have ordered the goods as part of a single order and these goods are delivered separately, the cancellation period begins on the day on which you (or a third party named by you who is not the carrier) take possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, telephone call or email).

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for:

• Goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal requirements (e.g. personalised greeting cards)
• Goods that are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, provided that the seal has been removed after delivery (e.g. hygiene or care products)

You also have no right of cancellation for contracts for urgent repair work.

Consequences of cancellation

If you effectively cancel this contract, all payments made will be refunded to you within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation notice at the latest. This applies including paid outward shipping costs, but only up to the amount of the most favourable standard shipping costs offered for your order.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for your original payment. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund you until we have either received the goods back or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Return period: You must return the goods to the return address provided by us within 14 days of the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The return period is deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day return period has expired.

Return shipping costs: The return shipping costs due to a cancellation are borne by you as the consumer.
